Head Laser Pointer

And these bloody idiots with laser pointers at pilots?
What the hell are you stupid d *** heads think this is reached when lasers shine into the eyes of drivers? Recently there have been many attacks on commercial flights, and now there is a story where someone new fact that a helicopter pilot flying a seriously injured man to hospital for emergency surgery. Nobody else you want find these people and beat them for their stupidity?
For the same reason the bastards lit fires in Victoria, where she was 40 degrees Celsius and winds of 100kmph. Getting pulled out of it, ie. makes them feel on top of the world. They do not care about the consequences of other people, they only care about having fun .. And if the could find and beat the crap out of them, I assure you I would.
Interpersonal communication is usually described as a process of exchange of information or messages from a sender to a recipient via a specific environment. Between humans, sharing of information is usually done using a language which is defined as a code of signals arbitrary governed by certain rules to use to represent concepts or ideas. Communicate using the language can be either written or spoken. This continuous process of sending and receiving information from encoders to decoders is much easier to imagine when those involved in the exchange are able to use language. However, what happens in some cases, when a person has difficulty communicating? For example, consider a 8 year old who has cerebral palsy, spastic quadriplegia or 45 years old man who recently had a stroke that affects his ability to speak and move. It will not be able to move the lips, tongue or jaw to articulate words. It will not be able to move his hands to write or type words. How, then, will they be able to communicate their needs, ask for help? Because of situations like these between disabled people differently, "a new form of communication has developed. This recent development is commonly called the communication alternative and augmentative (AAC), and usually call for additional components such as AIDS or support mechanisms.
Devices AAC as a means of communication are quite unique and individual relationship with the person you want to use. Unlike other media that are not specific all you want to use the features of AAC devices correspond to the limits of the user. Turning to the girl with cerebral palsy spastic, none may use a device that is required for her to speak or write, but it may use your eye to select images that represent their needs. Since she can not use their hands to draw pictures, but can not move his head at least one flashlight laser can be attached to the head to be used as a pointer. In the case of the man who had movement, but still retains its ability to spell words, instead of using images, a complete set of letters of the alphabet can be used as components to choose from. For those who can not see and speak, but still retains his sense of hearing devices that produce sound signals representing certain concepts may be used.
Apart from the devices to be very individualized, but should also be portable, durable, flexible and easy to use. A device that is large and heavy is not easy to wear and difficult to transfer from one place to another. Mobile devices are not more of a limitation rather than an aid to those who use them. AAC devices should also be strong enough to take a long time used. Keep Shopping AAC or make new devices that are easily broken or destroyed may be costly and impractical. It is advantageous that the device can be easily updated or modified to adapt to changes in skills users. For example, if a child spends using two words to use sentences to convey messages, the device must also be adaptable this development. Finally, the devices should not be difficult. People using these devices have limitations and excessive or unnecessary buttons icons can be confusing for them. If the device were compared to a written document, the term is used should be "concise." It should also note that these devices must be easy to handle because it can be more tedious for the user.
Today, TDC devices range from those who are low-tech, such as images that can be attached to tables using fasteners (eg Velcro) for those who use high technology components, such as laptops or notebook computers with Internet access. Several companies already market AAC devices, but if you prefer, the devices can still be personal. It is understandable that some units are quiet expensive, especially those who make use of complex components, which explains why most people who have financial constraints to choose their own ways. Those who believe personally, however, must still be observed or tested for their effectiveness. Changes can be applied later, if these devices are lacking in some respects.
The purpose of the use of communication devices and enhanced alternative is to help an individual achieve the natural form communication through the use of aid. As its name suggests, these devices are simply used to increase and alternates and not entirely replace natural form and perfect communication. Through the use of these devices, professionals working in the rehabilitation goal remains to help the person to gain or regain the ability to communicate using language and speech.
